Pros: The location was great. There are great restaurants and breweries nearby. The ocean is 1/2 an hour away. The PEZ factory is 25 minutes away. The place is spacious and clean. They had everything we needed! The added touch of a pool table was fun and filled the evening with entertainment when we were done with our site seeing excursions.

We stayed only one night to visit a friend in the area, but would definitely stay there again.

Pros: Convenient location- close to a really great 14 acre dog park.! Comfy bed. Kitchen very well equipped. Appreciated thoughtful touches by host like Keurig coffee, toiletries in the bathroom, etc. Apartment is HUGE! This apartment has a full size POOL TABLE! Didn't try it, but there's a bar and grille with outdoor seating on the first floor of the building. Apartment is upstairs. Stayed on a Saturday night. The restaurant was not at all loud.

Cons: Instructions for the streaming TV would have been helpful for technologically challenged folks like us. Wasn't able to figure out how to reduce the volume on the TV. Apt. sparsely furnished. Could use a couple more chairs and/or a table.

Pros and Cons but spacious!

Pros: Close to everything I needed, place was clean, very spacious and easy check in!

Cons: 2 pillows for a queen sized bed could be improved. Roku box kept having errors but I did not reach out to staff to troubleshoot as I wasn’t trying to use often. Although clean, place could definitely use some improvements on areas that are older or falling apart. I didn’t like how no mention was made of the hallway that can be accessed from inside the unit and only has a door lock (no deadbolt). Overall, even with this, I would stay again.

Loved how big it was and the pool table was fun!

Pros: We like the spaciousness, the seating area near the TV was great and we loved the pool table! It was a good location. My husband liked the fact that the bathroom had two doors to get into it. Very easy check in.

Cons: The bed was a little uncomfortable, and we would’ve liked a kitchen table, rather than sitting at the bar.

OUTSTANDING STAY!

Pros: I liked the open space concept. Especially the pool table

Cons: Extremely convenient to be located atop of a bar and grill for food and beverages

Pros: Spacious, clean, had everything one could need for a business trip. I loved it.

Cons: Some of the paint was chipping.

Will definitely be booking this property again for a longer stay!

Pros: Very spacious property, and fully equipped with everything the occupants may need! The pool table was a hit!

Pros: It was spacious and convenient living area with plenty of privacy. The yard and small pond was a nice place.to sit, and between the restaurant downstairs, the pizza place next door or the liquor store next to that, it was really accomodating to have more time to relax. The state park and falls are 2 mins away with great hiking, exploring and picnicking a perfect get away and stay away location for couples.

Cons: It looked to be in the repairs phase on a couple of projects... but it wasnt anything to really worry about or really complain about. The door on the kitchen leads to an internal hallway, i think that should be mentioned before arrival tho.

Pros: Location is good, easy to spot. The instruction on how to get there and which one is the apartment is very helpful.

Cons: Not clear about where to put the garbage for this instruction: “put the garbage out”. Where is “out”? I had to put the garbage inside a what-looks-like outside garbage under the stairs near the parking lot. Also, the bed was comfy but upon checking the inside, it’s rather dirty.

Perfect for summer visit to the area.

Pros: Very spacious and comfortable for 2. Not fancy but very clean and everything you need. Great AC which was much appreciated in the summer heat and humidity. Very convenient for visiting family in the Southbury area. So much more space and amenities than Heritage Hotel and a bit less expensive.

Cons: It’s a queen bed as advertised but sure would like a king for a return stay.
