Lovely studio with everything you need in a good location
Pros: Host provided really clear directions and instructions for arrival so was a very easy check in process. Studio room is compact but well equipped with everything you need and has been cleverly designed to maximise space and utility. Nice to have tea and coffee facilities and small kitchen area to prepare foods. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean and well stocked with toiletries etc. Massive TV - we treated it as a cinema screen and watched a movie! Nicely located near to Washington and a good base for exploring some of Connecticut.
Cons: The bathroom sliding door was a bit awkward to keep on its glider rail, and the partition wall between the bathroom and the rest of the studio is open at the top so the extractor noise etc. and light is clear in the rest of the room and vice versa. No issue but useful to be aware of.

Serene, Compact and Convenient
Pros: I loved the quietness of the room, and the tiny kitchen area that was available! The bathroom was very nice (except the toilet seat top cover). The bathroom was almost fully stocked and the Ray was very responsive. There is also a 24x7 CVS nearby (-11 minutes away) in case you missed anything. Verizon was a bit spotty in the area, so the Wifi was a much welcome addition. I also appreciate the kettle. I was great for making my morning tea! This is a really nice room for 1-2 people, and I highly recommend it! Note: The thermostat control is right above the microwave. I totally missed it, so FYI!
Cons: I wish there was a flat table near the couch to sit and eat. I used my cooler top, but it would've been nice to have a tiny table! Note that the stove is right next to the bed. I'd recommend cooking stews/water based food without any strong flavors if you plan on cooking. That said, you can always air out the room while you sit out and stargaze, and just wash your hair the next morning in the nice shower!

Pros: The place was very cozy and clean. The large shower was really nice. TV was a great size for watching a movie
Cons: My only real complaint is that there wasn't enough table/counter space to eat at. This is fine if you're going out to eat but we did take in. We ended up pulling the couch over and using the mini table and the TV stand. I know there is not much room so it's not anyone's fault but maybe another TV dinner tray?

Loved my stay and would totally recommend!
Pros: Small cozy studio. Every little thing I needed I found in this small space. Ray was very responsive. Nespresso machine with pods, TV huge. Neighborhood safe with lots of greenery around. I only spent a night and had to run to work but i would have loved to stay and take a walk early morning in the area. The high ceiling gave space to the area. Bed is comfortable. I might be missing something. Oh if the stove top says Lo, dont worry this means its locked. You only need to unlock it you’ll be using it.
Cons: The sink in the bathroom is small for someone who is not petite but there is another sink outside in the kitchenette and its okay to use. You just gotta bend a bit!

A perfect spot to return to after a busy day Iwould definitely book again
Pros: Quiet, well equipped, reasonable, I can tell the owner has put a lot of thought into making sure the studio has everything a traveler could need.
Cons: I didn’t need to cook, put if I had wanted to; the kitchen area is super tiny and literally right next To the bed. I appreciate that they worked a kitchen into a small space, but if you are planning to cook anything beyond mac and cheese on your trip, this probably isn’t the set up for you.
