Pros: Owner keeps his AirBnB updated. Keep up the good work.

Cons: Nothing with this stay.

Active professional and took priority of guest comfortability

Pros: The property was a good environment and nice vibes

Cons: I didn’t like how somebody broke the rules and use the room that I was going to use, but I called the owner and within minutes he had figured out a solution and helped us extremely fast. He was appropriate and professional, and understanding will book again.

The Lilypad Stay

Pros: I really loved the whole experience. It was a very unique, older house thats in the middle of a large neighborhood. It was easy to get onto the main roads and the security features were easy to follow/understand. I had a room on the 2nd floor and I kept my windows open the entire 3 day stay and it was super nice to have a fresh breeze at all times!

Cons: I honestly had no issues at all. The description of the property was exactly they had said and no frills. I've stayed at places closer in the city but paid 3 times the amount. I practice gratitude for all things and I was super grateful to be able to stay at a price that doesn't wreck my bank account. I'm certain maintaining an older building isn't very easy an I was very grateful to experience staying in an older wooden new england house. I am definitely gonna stay here again when I visit from Florida again!

Relaxing.

Pros: The room was very comfortable in every way: spotless, with a soft mattress, TV and easy access to internet. Even though the house is a bit retired from New Haven downtown. I will certainly be staying here again!!

Pros: Clean and cosy. Glad you had a bidet in the bathroom.

Pros: The self-check in process was easy, and smooth just as described in the check in instructions. The location was convenient:)

Basic-homey-good for the price.

Pros: Great communication! Room was not super clean, but certainly clean enough. The bathroom wasn’t super clean, but it was clean enough. The kitchen wasn’t super clean, but it was clean enough. Air conditioner and fridge right in the room. Neighborhood was just a tiny bit sketchy, but the house had great security. Nice deck out back. It felt a little like a hostile, but when I was there it was very quiet, only saw a few people. Big house with 9-10 rooms.
