The neighbourhood was very peaceful and delivery was very easy to the property

Pros: I like everything about this property, it was home away from home. My brother had mistakenly left his suitcase at the property on our way to the airport and would you believe that Rose offered to take it to us. However the suitcase was given to my brother who lives in Massachusetts and again I must say Thank you Rose.

A great home from home experience with a super kind host.

Pros: A wonderful home from home with all sorts of little kindnesses such as essentials in the kitchen cupboard and washing powder with the machine.

Pros: Rose and her husband were so nice and communication with her was awesome. Unfortunately, we booked this place during the coldest night and the heat wasn't working well. After I contacted Rose she immediately responded and had her maintenance guy come over, he was also super friendly. The heat was an issue so she moved us to another one of her properties, which was beautiful. The location of her places are in a great location and very clean with all the things you need in a home. Highly recommend booking with Rose for any stays in Springfield.

I loved all the extra niceties. Beds were comfortable and clean, with soft pretty blankets. I would stay again!

Quick, easy, and very clean.

Pros: Very clean, close to where we needed to go. Easy to access and felt good to know the owner was right next door. Came for a dance competition and the price for this house vs nearby hotels for the same amount of people was exceptional value and truly no less convenient.

Cons: Squeaky floors upstairs make night time bathroom trips tough if traveling with kids. That’s really the only “issue” and it’s not even a real issue.

Pros: Convenient & quiet neighborhood. Nice & comfortable furniture & beds. Streaming apps on TVs.

Cons: A few things missing in kitchen (teaspoons, corkscrew, large mixing bowl). Couldn't open my bedrm window due to 1\

Pros: Our stay was very enjoyable! This is our second time staying at Rose's home! Rose is a Super Host! She is very caring, friendly and accommodating! The home is very clean, tastefully decorated and the beds are so comfortable! We will definitely book her home on our next visit to Springfield!! Rose, thank you for everything!!!
