Pros: The studio is really nice and Mahbuba accessible and kind. Perhaps, is it a bit too expensive for the level of comfort. The electric heating was a bit noisy and it is a little noisy (we can hear the neighbors. The courtyard is not very welcoming as it is more a parking lot. It is really great for a week or so but could be somewhat less expensive.
