Fully Remodeled Saugerties Retreat on 7 Acres!

Cozy haven in a town that gives Gilmore Girls vibes

Pros: Exactly what we were looking for: a modern cabin/apartment in a forest area but close to some towns and supermarkets, in case we wanted to explore. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures and was clean and tidy. The kitchen was amazing! It had any utensil you can think of!

Cons: The coffee machine was not working as expected, but there is a drip coffee option that, once we learned how to use, tasted great! We even bought more coffee in Saugerties to take home with us.

Mountain Getaway

Pros: So clean, spacious, well decorated, comfy, 10's across the board

Cons: I thought the location was odd at first, but everyone turned out to be really nice. If you're looking for serenity, this is the place

Absolutely stunning property in an idyllic setting

Pros: It's a beautifully renovated spot in a gorgeous, quiet, secluded area off the main roads, with access to stunning land with trees and a fire pit. It poured all weekend, so we didn't get to use the outdoor spaces as much, but inside they have an extremely comfortable queen bed, a twin size trundle bed, a plush sofa, and wonderful throws for sitting and watching tv. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, with more ingredients than expected, and generally it's a great space.

Cons: I really had to think about this, but make sure you're aware that while the listing says 3 beds, they aren't separated - the twin is attached to the queen bed frame, which is quite high. I saw the sofa bed was pull out, but we were fine with the queen and twin in the bedroom. You'll need a little stepstool or something to get into the queen bed if you are quite short. I'm 5'7 and it was above my hips. Still not really an issue, as my short friend took the twin on the floor.

Easy check-in and check-out. Beautiful and comfortable home and surroundings.

Pros: Perfect location for visiting relatives who live about 1 mile away. Very comfortable and well equipped. Great TV and nice that Netflix and Disney Channel available.

Cons: My only comment is that if you have kids as guests, you should provide plastic drink glasses. Also, these might be convenient for taking drinks down to the firepit area.

Beautiful place to stay in the woods which was the perfect staging ground for exploring the area.

Pros: Everything was clean, so well arranged, nice view on the forest, all new, anything we could imagine we would need, from coffee, tea, spices, any cookware possible, peaceful, quite.. not sure what more to say, just perfect, probably one of the best place we ever experienced in a house which is not ours..

Cons: Sorry but nothing..

I would definitely come back.

Pros: The location was better than advertised. The place was very clean and well stocked with appliances. It was very comfortable.

Cons: No directions to the creek.
