Wonderful

Pros: Great locations, very clean and warm. We had a wonderful time my son didn’t want to leave!

Cute and comfy place to stay.

Pros: Cute house and location was great. Unlike other reviews we had no issues with backing out of the driveway. I just rolled down the window and listened for other cars. Communication from hosts was great! I appreciated the makeup wash cloth and cozy towels.

Cons: Some floor boards were loose and unsettling to walk on. No room for food storage (no pantry or Cunard for food).

If we come back to Saugerties we will definitely book again!

Pros: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and thought the value was quite good. Everything was clean and the house was well stocked and very organized. There was more space than what we were anticipating so that was an extra bonus. Also, the hosts are very communicative.

Absolutely top notch!

Pros: The geographic location is great--close to both Saugerties and Woodstock. The house is beautifully furnished, decorated, and spacious. The king size bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything you could want.

Cons: There is nothing to be done about either of these things, but we found getting in and out of the driveway frightening due to the curvy road with blind spots; and the stairs to the bedrooms on the 2nd floor are narrow and required great care by my husband due to balance issues and a joint replacement.

Pros: Fantastic stay. This house is set up for a relaxing vacation, starting with the excellent communication and easy check-in. The house is spotlessly clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Good location for exploring the eastern part of the Catskills region. One of the best house rentals I've had. Will return!

Cons: Getting out of the driveway is a little daunting as cars come rather fast in both directions. I backed in when possible to make exiting easier.

The farmhouse is lovely and the hosts are very helpful.

Pros: Great location. Good hosts. Really well-equiped accommodations. Very clean. Comfortable.

Cons: Instructions on what to do with the trash could be a little clearer. Also draw more attention to the notebook that contains the rules. Some people might not read it and then won't take care of the trash properly. It's a great property for adults. We enjoyed it very much. But if you are a senior or have little kids, the stairs are very steep and you might have some troubles with accessibility.

Beautifully updated farmhouse with lots of nice touches. Close to hikes and sweet towns.

Pros: Sharon was wonderful in her communication, alway's one step ahead of me!

Cons: Door at bottom of stairs can benefit from a shade or curtain for extra privacy

Pros: Everything was fantastic! The house was clean, quiet, super cute, and very comfortable. It is an old farmhouse that has been beautifully remodeled. It was just a short walk from a waterfall and trails, and a short drive to Woodstock, Saugerties, and Kingston. The hosts were very communicative and accommodating. I cannot recommend this property enough!
