1890 CapeCod farmhouse:Charming

This is an extraordinary home in a magnificent setting. We cannot wait to return!!!

Pros: How thoughtful to provide the waffle/pancake mix and syrup!!! The array of coffee offerings was astounding!!! We had everything we needed for a sumptuous breakfast and more!!! The hot tub provided each member of our group the opportunity to relax and enjoy the view of the garden. The birds sang to us and we felt as if we were in a wonderland. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Cons: There is literally nothing that could be any better about this house or its host.

Pros: All you need for your stay is there. Think of something you need, it will be there.

Cons: With the barbecue. It seems the propane cylinders were low or empty

A charming, peaceful and cozy home perfect for a getaway

Pros: Kathy was a truly exceptional host—thoughtful, communicative, and attentive from start to finish. She checked in both before and after our stay to ensure we had everything we needed, which made us feel genuinely cared for. The home itself exceeded our expectations. It was cozy and inviting, with comfortable beds and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen. The gardens were beautifully maintained, with vibrant dahlias adding a lovely touch of color and charm. The overall ambiance was peaceful and relaxing—just what we were hoping for. I stayed with my sisters to celebrate a birthday, and we couldn’t have asked for a better setting. We loved everything about the house and would absolutely book again. What a perfect place to unwind and make memories.

Beautiful home in a serene setting!

Pros: The property was absolutely beautiful! The yard and garden were so inviting. It made for a perfect stay. There were plenty of outdoor games available making it reminiscent of the past when families could vacation and interact together outdoors.

One of the best houses we stayed in

Pros: The house and surrounding gardens are beautiful. We were 8 people, two families with kids, and everyone was comfortable (and each had a robe!), beds were very comfortable as well. The house is spacious, beautifully designed, the kitchen was the best equipped kitchen we ever had on a vacation rental. There is a herb garden, games, two living rooms, ample space and everything was clean and beautiful. Kathy is the most welcoming host, always available for questions and travel advice. To sum up, this was no doubt one of the best rentals we stayed at. Thank you Kathy!

This is a wonderful location for exploring the area, close to hikes and the town but very quiet and private. Good gather

Super schönes Grundstück. Gut zu erreichen und sehr gut gelegen. Spielsachen für die Kinder waren da und ein Whirlpool.

Pros: Sehr schönes Haus mit großem Garten. Der Host war super und hat sich viele Gedanken darum gemacht, dass es dem Gast gut geht. In der Küche war alles gelabelt und super beschrieben. Wirklich total durchdacht und mitgedacht! Das war die beste Ferienunterkunft, die ich bisher hatte. Ganz lieben Dank an den Gastgeber.

Pros: The property is amazing, inside and out! Such character inside, every detail a testament to Kathy’s love for her home and dedication to her guests. She has made every effort to ensure her guests have EVERYTHING they could possibly need! Every kind of coffee maker, pods, toiletries (scented and unscented,) games (board games and otherwise), Available before the stay, during the stay, whatever you need!!
