Luxury Hotel-Style Room in Queens

Pros: The host was amazing, very friendly, and the neighbourhood was quite safe and Bayside is a beautiful area, this accommodation was only a 20 mins walk to the train station and in under 30 mins you are in Manhattan. Everything was very clean and well kept, especially the bathroom was very nice, would definitely recommend staying here :)

Pros: The house is located in a clean, safe and quiet area, with frequent buses that help you to get to Manhattan. House is equipped with all you need, from kitchen items to bathroom cosmetics. Staying in the single room, you can also enjoy basement facilities with large couch and gym. Charlie is a lovely and caring host who does his best to accommodate your requests. Made the solo trip to US feel like home!

Pros: Great time staying here from England. I have friends in the area so this is perfect for visiting. Charlie responded to any questions really quickly and was super helpful!

Great place to stay

Pros: The host was very nice and helpful. Very spacious home, in a good,safe neighbourhood. I felt comfortable walking home at night and I am speaking as a skinny, 5’1 young woman so that says alot lol.

Cons: Only off thing I would say is maybe that the gym needs a bit of an update and I wish there was a subway station in the neighbourhood, but that is something the host obviously cannot change.

Pros: 我们这次参加纽约马拉松，在这里住了两周。位置非常好，坐火车30分钟就可以到曼哈顿，周边超市餐馆都很近，去法拉盛坐Q13半个小时到。附近沿海的步道景色优美，非常适合跑步。房间的设施也很完备，我们经常使用厨房做饭和洗衣房洗衣，感觉都很方便。房东也非常的友善，帮我们解决了很多问题。

Cons: C etait un peu loin mais ca va 1 h de manhattan zen bus plus metro

Beautiful, quiet and safe!

Pros: It’s a beautiful home and the grounds are nicely landscaped. Plenty of amenities in the kitchen, if you plan on cooking. Plenty of private space to visit with friends. I felt very safe in that neighborhood and it wasn’t nearly as congested as Flushing! There was private parking off the street. The host was very nice and responded quickly to messages!

Cons: I would like to see a mirror in my bedroom and maybe a small trash container in there also. Other than that, I was very pleased with my surroundings.

Great accommodations in quiet neighborhood near all destinations.

Pros: Friendly helpful host. Enjoyed meeting other guests. Quiet neighborhood. Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Lots of space to store belongings. Kitchen was convenient and useful. Appreciated being able to park car off street.

Cons: Was not able to control the temperature in the room. Not enough towels were supplied. The walk to the train was longer than hoped for.
