Enjoyable stay

Pros: Staff were really friendly, professional and welcoming. Beds were big and comfortable and the location was good.

Cons: Bathrooms could do with an upgrade.

Have stayed at the property twice. Staff is helpful. Rooms are comfortable. Pool is cold.

Pros: The breakfast area was staged with lobby renovation supplies. The breakfast signage was helpful as where to get food and where to sit to eat.

Cons: I don't recall explicitly requesting no room cleaning. Perhaps I did but it wasn't in big letters. The wastebaskets weren't emptied. The bedding and towels were okay to go 3 days but the wastebaskets filled up daily. That's my only criticism.

Great stay!

Pros: The staff were very helpful and so accommodating. I couldn't ask for more. Nice choice for breakfast, lovely clean and comfortable beds, great facilities fantastic area with lots of shopping and food choices. Please see my Google review for more info.

It is a really great place. Would definitely stay again.

Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved that it had a wrapping station to wrap your presents. Pet friendly is a plus. The breakfast was one of the best ones that I ever had in a hotel. They had a large variety of hot and cold foods. It was delicious. They were very nice about closing as well. They went around and asked if we were finished and if we wanted anything else before they closed. Clean and lots to do nearby. It was a great location for what I needed as well.

Cons: The only thing that I didn't like was the TV. It kept turning off while I was watching it and it was very confusing trying to get a channel on. It also took a few tries with the button to get it to work. Not sure if it was a battery issue or something else.
