Pros: Everything was as promised. Kitchenette with a full-size fridge, large desk, comfy bed, clean bathroom. The airport shuttle started at this hotel so was guaranteed a seat/pickup.

Hard to beat this hotel if you need one near the airport.

Pros: Great location easy to find hotel, nice big room with loads of amenities such as cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, the bed was big and very comfortable, bathroom was clean with a bath and shower, hard to find fault with this hotel.

Cons: A bit noisy early in the morning.

Pros: Size and cleanliness of the room, location was perfect for us, and the price was not too bad.

Cons: Not keen on leaving a deposit which seems to take a long time to be returned, in fact I have not had it returned as yet.

Overall, it was pretty good and would use again.

Pros: Although the decor was a bit outdated, it was clean, comfortable and met our needs for this Trip..

Cons: Would have liked a safe in the room. Pool was broken (until January) which was disappointing as we didn’t find out until we arrived and this had been a factor in making our choice.

Comfortable room, with convenient location

Pros: Comfortable spacious room with great bed and big bathroom. Very close to airport, helpful for early morning flight departure.

Cons: No ice machine available, have to ask front desk.

Clean, convenient to Bradley Airport

Pros: I appreciated the fact that it's convenient to the airport. I had a 6am flight, but the 24-hour shuttle service got me there with ample time to spare. I also like that there's an actual kitchen in the room, so you can cook and clean.

Cons: It was perfectly adequate! I have no complaints.
