Comfortable hotel with friendly staff in great location

Pros: Good breakfast. Easy to find, easy check in... Close to a lot of restaurants. The shower was very good too.

Cons: The smelly corridor.

Cons: Room keys of all our rooms kept loosing their setting. had to be reset several times. Disposable cutlery, breakfast bowl, cups, plates etc at breakfast. Could do with a little more variety at breakfast, even if it's just a light continental style.

Both stays were clean and comfortable but for the key issue

Pros: Good location to airport and breakfast muffin was dry but eggs were good.

Cons: My door key not working and had to go back down stairs to get it reprogrammed.

For BDL a good location for one night.

Pros: Very easy to get from BDL, cross the street there's a food mart, Wendy's etc.

Cons: The breakfast was a little bit boring, nothing special

Pros: The room was clean. The front desk staff was polite. Plenty of places to eat close by.

Cons: The wifi signal wasn't the strongest. And I wish there were more weights in the weight room.

Perfect location to BDL airport

Pros: The location is perfect. just a 5min drive from Bradley Airport. They provide an airport shuttle service from 4 am. The morning buffet is simple but not bad. The POPYE next to this hotel opens until 12 midnight. it’s so convenient.

Excellent

Pros: Check in was smooth and easy, desk receptionist was extremely helpful, room was excellent, wake up call was offered for my early flight. As I left the hotel a little after 4a, I did not take part in any breakfast so that aspect I am unable to comment on. Overall, everything I expected and more for a short one night stay.

Cons: The only thing I have to critique is the fact that the hot coffee cup dispenser was empty. Plenty of cold drink cups, and there were also hot cup covers, but no hot cups. As it turned out, I did not have any coffee, but really, out of everything, that was the only thing I noticed.

Pros: The bed & pillows were comfortable, room is nice and clean. Front desk was welcoming and detailed

Cons: The hallways was dirty not sure if its the factvthats its winter because I have stayed here before & it was clean. Elevator was also dirty and seems like it need servicing because it make a loud banging noise when moving or stopping
