Fabulous and quiet.

Pros: Desk staff was so helpful when I was having trouble as an international traveler!

Pros: 1 night was booked outside of this hotel and because we did that we weren't given breakfast vouchers for the next morning.

Cons: When you reserve a room fir 3 you should get enough towels and washcloths for 3 not 2. Shocked there are no microwaves or refrigerators in the rooms. For what you pay for the rooms there should be one in the rooms. Had to throw food away because we had no place to keep it cold.

Staff was very nice and friendly.

Pros: The buffet was adequate and there was limited staff but he was trying his best to accommodate all.

Cons: The coffee table top had not been cleaned in a while. While the bathroom was clean it was hard to maneuver the door around the toilet -- seemed like the door should have been smaller or the toilet farther away perhaps...............

A Good Hotel

Pros: Great location near the airport. Quite nice hotel well organized, friendly staff.

Cons: The rooms should be cleaned better and everywhere even behind the furniture and in the bathroom, and the pool should be heated and cleaned, there were hairs in the water, cold water and very dated toilets.

Pros: Loved how there is a restaurant on site made last minute dinner easy!!

A calamity in CT

Pros: Guests were pleased with the comfort of the rooms and beds.

Cons: Pool under maintenance and closed. Also, a gift basket went to the wrong room and never recovered. This included a gift card.

It was quick and okay

Pros: Location was good breakfast sucked for the currency I paid

Cons: Cleaner bathroom,needed water in the rooms,and a good brunch breakfast for the currency you give

Pros: 房间比较大，设施较新，餐厅服务员热情，推荐的煎饼不错 到机场很方便，shuttle 司机是当地学校的bus driver，暑假来做兼职，非常热情nice。 酒店赠送的cookie又大又热，就是对亚洲人来讲太甜了点

Cons: 前台需要增加微笑

Pros: The staff are so friendly and warm. I really feel at home. Special appreciation to the shuttle drivers who offer terrific service, tips about the area, etc. - real service with a smile!

Overall good, just one unfriendly front desk encounter

Pros: Room was good size, probably needs an update but overall good room. Ate in the restaurant, food was good but service from Heather was OUTSTANDING. She was personable and fun.

Cons: At check in there were 4 guys clearly on a bachlor trip (with a case of beer in hand and they clearly had already drank a few beers). They were a bit rowdy at check in. Front desk gave us the room next to their's knowing I requested a 5am airport shuttle. We were in our room for about 30 minutes and could tell they were being loud and had the hallway doors to their two rooms open so we could clearly hear them. Concerned they would be up and loud late into the night I went back down to the front to see if we could switch rooms. I believe her name was Sharon, but she was not friendly about the request and practically rolled her eyes at me, but moved our room. When we showed up for our 5am shuttle front desk (different person) let me know she had a rough night dealing with 4 very drunk men who were partying until 3am... glad I pushed for a different room but wish Sharon had been more understanding about the request... Shuttle driver was very nice and friendly as well
