Convenient and comfortable, but being charged for basic internet access was disappointing

Pros: This hotel is an excellent choice for business travelers like myself. It features a nice bar/restaurant offering dining and breakfast options, and is conveniently located just a 10-minute drive from Bradley Airport. The hotel also boasts a fitness center and a convenience store for added convenience.

Cons: I'm a Bonvoy member, though I don't have many points since I'm not particularly loyal to Marriott. I tend to stay opportunistically, choosing Marriott when it's the best option rather than always trying to accumulate points. Despite this, I was charged for internet access, which feels like an outdated money-making tactic from the early 2000s. It wasn't even for superfast Wi-Fi, just regular usage. Had I known, I wouldn't have connected to the network at all.

The price is high, but the safety issue was my reason to pay extra.

Pros: breakfast did not open until 7 and I had to leave by 6:30

Cons: The food level was not good, all basic food , the swiming pool was not clean especially after it got used by alot of kids

Pros: The restaurant aesthetic was nice, and my server tried to be accommodating.

Cons: The $25 breakfast offered was buffet, the equivalent breakfast that is free at other establishments. The food was cold and poorly presented. They had run out of food items and the overall service was lacking.

it was beautiful and very enjoyable place...

Pros: It was a beautiful package... breakfast, lunch and dinner. Clean fitness center and swimming pool. Very friendly and courteous staff. The Hotel is just off the highways and is not far from the shopping center or malls.

Cons: No complaints...
