Pros: Perfect location for early morning flight from BDL. Just wake up and walk to the plane.

Good place to stay for early flights out of Bradley

Pros: The staff was very nice. The location was excellent for catching my early flight out of Bradley.

Cons: There were no outlets to plug in my phone for charging- I had to use the lamp outlet

Always convenient, comfortable, clean, excellent service.

Pros: The convenience simply can't be overstated, and if you have a crack-of-dawn flight it's worth the higher price compared to the hotels down on rte 75. You can just walk out of the hotel and go down the corridor to the ticketing and TSA lines. The rooms are clean, the showers have both overhead and hand nozzles, which is great, and the beds and pillows are super comfortable. The breakfast is very nice when your plane schedule allows to you actually be at the hotel late enough to have it, and it's very nice to have the Starbucks there.

Cons: I use this hotel at least once or twice a year because of extremely early flights, necessitating leaving the hotel before 5am. BDL airport is absolutely nuts at that time of day--very crowded between 4 and 7am, with long security lines, followed by very few open locations for food/decent coffee, all of which have lines going all the way down the corridor. While there is a coffeemaker in the hotel room, having simple snacks for us early birds to grab before making the trek to the gates would be welcome. (If food that's accessible before 5am does exist somewhere in the hotel, I don't know about it, so maybe it's just a matter of making that information more readily available).

Pros: Location, Location, Location! Convenient for overnight stay in advance of flight. Room comfortable, dining options very satisfactory.

Cons: Bit pricy.....

Pros: Did not have breakfast. Location is ideal for travel.

Pros: Being able to walk to the airport without going outside.

Cons: I really needed a shower cap and toothpaste but when I realized I needed it it was after midnight. It would’ve been great if those little items were already in the room.

Overall staying there the night before our very early flight took a lot of stress off me.

Pros: The food was good but the restaurant was closed for renovations.

Cons: Would like to have wheel chairs there that could be left at the airline your flying with.

Comfortable and clean, we enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Our stay was great, the staff was friendly and the room was clean. We would definitely stay again as we have stayed a number of times over the years. Very pleased w our stay.

Cons: The only issue was the parking due to construction work.
