Pros: Everything about the hotel is 10/10 for the value

Cons: However, the breakfast wasn’t great.

A good stay in that the room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the staff competent.

Pros: The hotel shuttle from the airport to the hotel was very convenient. The usually reliable condition of the franchise was replicated, but with some wear and tear.

Cons: Hallway floors could be vacuumed more often.

It was great to find a place so convenient to the airport and reasonably priced.

Pros: I was particularly impressed by the gentleman who checked us in. He was friendly, informative, and helpful. Nothing is like a welcoming greeting to set the tone for a stay. We also appreciated the long term parking arrangement in which we paid to leave our car at the hotel while we were traveling.

Cons: The room was almost too big and lacked a warm decor; also the automated window shade did not shut completely to keep out light. Overall the room was functional and adequate.

Clean, spacious and comfortable hotel room, with shuttle service to the airport.

Pros: I left too early to try breakfast, but we loved how comfortable the room was and the fact that the shuttle ran at any time from the airport, especially for a very early flight.

Cons: Full breakfast or a larger breakfast even for a very early check-out, since airlines no longer give decent food on flights anymore.

Pros: Excellent homemade omelets; & plenty of other choices. Loved that food & coffee available all day. Very clean. Well staffed & all staff were pleasant, friendly; especially the woman who made breakfast & gentleman (manager?) at desk. They made it seem much more personal & welcoming. The location is handy & parking easy. Gas station & restaurants nearby, as is airport & highway. AC worked well.

Cons: Some of the carpeting ( especially elevator) could be replaced. A little bit dated sofa with a few stains. Very noisy through door/ people in hallway easily heard; luckily things quieted down at a ready hour.

Stay long enough to enjoy a lovely pool and a great workout room.

Pros: The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. I booked through booking.com which made it not possible to change rooms (needed different sized bed). I suggest you book directly.

Cons: The quality of the linens was good, but the duvet cover had been laundered using a scented product. For those of us who have environmental sensitivities it made for a difficult night of sleep.

We stayed here to catch a flight on a day that was snowing. Everything was good!

Pros: The place seemed newer or recently renovated. Rooms were clean, breakfast was good, location was close to the airport and long term parking businesses.

Cons: The pool area could have been cleaner and nicer smelling.

Pros: A nice clean comfortable place to stay before an early flight. Great Staff

Pros: Most comfortable bed I have ever slept in at a hotel. Staff was friendly and got me checked in quickly after a long day of traveling.

Cons: One thing…more options in the snack area for purchase. I’ll definitely book a holiday inn in my travels
