Comfortable, great breakfast, great staff and real value for the money.

Pros: Breakfast was excellent! Great variety, tasted great & the fruit was excellent. The outdoor patio was really nice.

Pros: The breakfast was delicious. With a great variety, portion sensitive approach which reduces waste. A very nice balance between modern style and country chic. The hotel is very quiet, the parking lot was quite full but we never heard excessive noise or felt any kind of overcrowding.

Cons: It was a great stay. Should I try hard to find a point to improve, I would say that the air was dry in the room, which is a seasonal indoor issue in many places.

Overall my mothers stay was excellent.

Pros: I’m writing on behalf of my almost 97 year old mother who stayed at the Inn for 3 nights. She said: “This is the fanciest place I’ve ever stayed.”

Cons: The phone in her room (508) did not work properly. She was unable to receive calls. Jerry, from your staff, came and determined that the phone was not connected properly at the “box/closet” (my words not Jerry’s). The phone support people for the Christmas holiday and couldn’t come to fix it immediately. All turned out well because my mother has a cell phone and I was able to reach her when I needed to.

It was an excellent addition to the area and would recommend it

Pros: Breakfast was excellent. And the location was the most convenient i have found when staying in the area as a tourist of Hyde Park. The staff was exceptional, the bar staff was by far the most enjoyable i have met in a hotel of this caliber.

Cons: The only thing i can say is, there should be more coffee in the room. If there is not house keeping service for a 2 night stay there should be 2 days worth of consumables in the room.

Everything you need for an enjoyable stay in the Hyde Park area.

Pros: In a good location, right across from the Culinary Institute and near other attractions in Hyde Park. Breakfast was decent. Especially liked the porridge with a lot of toppings available. Room was very spacious and clean. Comfortable bed. Front desk clerk gave us a great recommendation for an Italian restaurant that was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again.
