My stay was wonderful—clean, comfortable, and made even better by the friendly staff!

Pros: The room was exceptionally clean, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was incredibly pleasant, always courteous and attentive, making the overall stay even more enjoyable. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to assist added a personal touch to the experience.

Cons: I honestly liked everything! The room was spotless, and the staff was so warm and welcoming. I had a great stay and wouldn’t change a thing. Looking forward to coming back!

my stay here at red roof was completely amazing. it was much pricey but I understand it’s a holiday weekend.

Pros: it was fully secured. the security was amazing. the front desk person was very nice.

Acceptable but over priced for the condition of the property.

Pros: Location was good. The beds and pillows were comfortable and we were able to get a good rest. The staff was very nice and helpful. Other guests were pleasant and friendly.

Cons: We booked a non-smoking room, but the room still smelled like smoke. There were cigarette burns in the linen, the carpet and furniture. The alarm clock could not be set to the time or alarm. The back of the TV remote was broken. The bathroom door did not latch, the toilet was not securely fastened to the floor. The carpet needed to be deep cleaned or replaced. The curtains were damaged from what appeared to be a cat climbing up them. The bathroom floor had dirt and hair along the wall behind the door. Extra kleenex packs would have helped as it is allergy season.

Pros: Room was clean, adequate, breakfast good. Need more bread options than white bread. Whole wheat bread, muffins, bagels. Staff was pleasant.

Cons: More options for healthy food. Instant oatmeal. Chobani fat free yogurt. Whole wheat bread, muffins.

An excellent value for customer service and clean accommodations. Would stay again!

Pros: Hruday and Rhom were amazing, as well as the rest of the staff, were very pleasant, accommodating, and went above and beyond to make my family and our service animals comfortable.

Cons: It has a small parking lot up front, and Hampton Inn owns the parking beside it. But, found some parking for our U-Haul and towed car in the back. It was safe there, but we had no access to the indoors from that side. Thankfully, we were on the first floor, but disabled persons with second story rooms have no access to elevators and a single set of stairs in the lobby.
