Pros: location was great easy to find and close to our show.

Cons: Parking was difficult for us we are older there was a wedding in the hotel when we got back we had to park quite far away from the hotel at the end of the parking lot.

Very clean and staff was very helpful and welcoming!

Pros: Everyone was very friendly and welcoming! The room was perfectly clean and tidy. The entire building was extremely clean! I would stay here again.

Cons: The water in the shower fluctuated throughout your time in the shower. It would get very cold, warm back up, and then be very hot for several seconds. Hot enough you had to step out of the waters way.

Pros: Location hallways were clean building seemed secure

Cons: I was put in the basement with the older heating system. It did not warm up till about 1 am. My check in time was and 5pm

My stay was excellent and when I come from Michigan to visit my son at college this is where I will be staying!

Pros: It was nice and clean, the staff was very nice, friendly and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and we were close to The Culinary Institute of America, shopping and restaurants.

Cons: I have no complaints about this property.

Pros: location perfect to meet our needs for visiting family and the facility was neat and up to date.

Cons: Overpriced considering the accommodations merely met expectations for a nice hotel but it's not worthy of the cost I'd expect to pay for an upscale or luxury hotel.
