Pros: Aimee at the front desk and Amanda in the restaurant are an asset to this Hotel

Price, location, and amenities great

Pros: We like the pool and close the to 84, New York, and Hartford.

Cons: Restaurante and front desk could be more friendly

Clean place to spend a night in the neighborhood of Southbury

Pros: Big rooms, the swimming pool is available however I didn’t have a chance to use it, rooms were clean

Cons: We had weird smell in the bathroom like they used chemical agent for cleaning and also the carpet was wet in some places. Also our window was next to the ventilation on the roof so it also made some noise

Friendly. Clean. Nice hotel.

Pros: Comfortable, clean place to rest. I like that the front entrance does not face the street, so traffic doesn't watch you going in and out.

Cons: I don't expect ironed sheets, but also don't like many wrinkles. Otherwise bed was very comfortable. Also, odd sort of tapping noise suddenly started around 10:30 from floor by desk wall but eventually slowed to a stop.

Relaxing Stay for me and my pets!

Pros: The room was very spacous! The bed was very comfortable and the staff was extreamly helpful and pet friendly! The breakfast was good but a littly pricey but I was willing to pay the price for the convenience of having a resturant right in the hotel. I would book this hotel again when traveling.

Cons: The pool was small and the pool area was really hot and humid if there was options to vent the room it would have made the pool area more pleasant but the room and the staff made up for the pool.

Pros: I liked that you had an electric car charger. I used that

Cons: on your website, you need to clearly state your pet policy. If there's a two pet limit, and a cost per pet, you need to state that. I did not know when I booked.

Staycation enjoyed

Pros: Quick to get to and had a pool. There were many families and you seemed to cluster families on floors. I liked it that way. Sometimes our child was loud even though you try they can laugh loud and cry and didn't feel like I intruded on others' quiet. Generally everyone was respectful, nice and we get it.

Cons: Pool needs some freshening in paint and appearance. Walk through lobby awkward but don't know what to do about that.

Comfortable, convenient, and reasonable.

Pros: The room had plenty of space and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom and shower were clean and had good water pressure and temperature. I liked the restaurant in the hotel for breakfast. The hotel's location is excellent just off the highway.

Cons: No criticism. The hotel served its purpose.

Pros: room was as expected. we recieved room service and minor items were fixed when we asked. The were friendly and helpful.

Cons: I find the beds too soft and wish the breakfast had a continental option which did not cost so much.

Great stay for a great price

Pros: The room was spacious enough for our family of 5 to not feel cramped. Everyone was able to find a spot and do their own thing, yet we could all engage and stay connected.

Cons: Wish the pool had toys to help keep the kids entertained.
