overall I really liked it

Pros: very nice staff, the woman who cleans helped me find the problem in my shower, The plumber fixed the problem in 10 minutes.

Cons: I had to wait a bit to check in because there was only one woman at the check-in desk and she was talking on the phone with a client.

A great stay with great staff. Only shame was the TV

Pros: TAY WASHINGTON WAS AN ABSOLUTE LEGEND. I HAD MY PASSPORT STOLEN AND HAD BEEN STAYING IN A PLACE WITH A SHOWER THAT WAS ACTUALLY A DRIBBLE AND HAD NO REAL SLEEP FOR DAYS. I TURNED UP AND ALL I HAD WAS A BUS PASS FROM SCOTLAND AND A BANK CARD. SHE ALLOWED ME TO STAY AND I MANAGED TO GET A GREAT NIGHTS SLEEP AND A BATH AND SHOWER. I WAS SO GREATEFUL. THANK YOU TAY.

Pros: Breakfast was great and reasonably priced. Location was very convenient for me to attend an event. Ample parking was available. Staff was efficient and courteous. Water pressure was great

Pros: The hotel and room was very clean, the bed super comfortable. The staff was courteous and willing to please. The restaurant had a nice menu with some tasty items. Easy check in and check out.
