Good solid motel.

Pros: The hotel is clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. The free breakfast is good too. The beds are comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. On check in the staff asked if we wanted a 1st or 2nd floor room as there was no lift which I thought was considerate. There is plenty of free parking too. There are lots of places to get food from nearby.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: The front desk staff was great. Really helpful, courteous and very quick to respond to a room change request. He had upgraded our room, but we asked for two beds instead of one. Within minutes we could move to another room

Cons: It is so sad to see plastic cups and cutlery still in use in the USA for breakfast. Definitely not ecological but unfortunately still very common. Breakfast was okay, but not too much of a selection.

Pros: Location is very good. Staff are nice. The room and bed is comfortable. Standard breakfast. Free wifi with strong signal! Has vending machine.

Cons: The window is broken. Housekeeper forgot to clean the room 1 day!

Weekend stay near Danbury event

Pros: I traveled a great distance and they let me check in 2 hours early...for free...unlike other hotels. The room was spotless, had an iron/ironing board, couch, minifridge, microwave and very comfy. I asked for a 1st floor near a side entrance and they gave me one two rooms from the entrance. Breakfast options were available and there were plenty of dining options nearby.

Cons: Nothing. Would stay here again if in the area.

An enjoyable stay, the room was clean and modern.

Pros: Breakfast was enjoyable. Plenty of space to eat. Thought the wrapped breakfast bars were a good idea.

Cons: When we got to our room we realised there was no coffee making machine. We asked the lady on reception if she could help to provide us with a machine but she just gave us a sachet of coffee and was not willing to assist us any further. Couldn't find any coffee facilities available in the lobby either.
