Stayed between 9:30pm to 6:30am. Average experience.

Pros: Good location, clean, feels safe. Staff is friendly. Good coffee.

Cons: Had issues with shower, especially with erratic hot water. Bed pillows too high, felt uncomfortable. Occasional hallway walking noise. Checked out around 6:30am. Breakfast (hot) was not available by that time.

Pros: everything in this hotel was better than expected friendly professional helpful staff, room layout space and cleanness, restaurant food quality and service, well designed lobby space on top of that free cold breakfast and free coffee/tea all day long

Excellent hotel for a reasonable price

Pros: Location was great. Close to the highway and to Ridgefield where we had a concert to attend. Them main lobby was welcoming and beautifully decorated for the holidays. Will go back in the warmer weather to experience the beautiful deck on the back of the building. Front staff was very friendly. Room was spacious and had everything we needed. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious. Bartenders were great. Did not have any of the breakfast foods but got coffee and appreciate the offerings.

Pros: My stay was amazing. I booked the room for a relaxing day for my wife after having a medical procedure done. The staff was amazing. They allowed us to check in early which helped so much with my wife's recovery process. She was able to rest all day. The bed and pillows were so comfortable!!!!

Cons: The elevators are a bit slow and I wish there were more being that the room floor hallways are so long. You definitely get your steps in walking to the elevator. But that is just a preference thing for myself. I have absolutely no complaints about this hotel and I will definitely be returning in the future.

Wonderful hotel with a great restaurant

Pros: Very clean, comfortable bed and a very quiet location despite being close to the highway. Great restaurant with very good food,excellent service and a pretty outdoor setting.

Cons: The stated information was that breakfast was not included and/or available. This turned out not to be true since some guests were seen to enjoy breakfast. If breakfast is included and/ or available it should be stated on their website
