Pros: All in all a good hotel with nice rooms and the hotel has a gym

Cons: Restaurant is closed on Sunday. More vegetarian options would be nice e.g. a Falaffel?

Great location for travelers. Restful atmosphere with all needed amenities.

Pros: Wonderful hotel. Great location for one night or longer. Very professional and responsive staff. Our room’s heating was not working and we received immediate follow up. Was unable to repair and were immediately given a new room. We reserved our reservation to include breakfast and it was excellent. We were served coffee and could choose anything from the menu. The food was fresh not frozen like other establishment’s included breakfast. Made our stay 5 stars.

Cons: Should include free bottled water for Honor Members as another Hilton did the previous place we stayed.

Would certainly return to this hotel: very comfortable and good value.

Pros: The facility appeared new and was spotless. Room was well appointed. Great location with easy access to highway.

Cons: The heating unit was loud when it came on, making it difficult to get a sound sleep.

I would definitely go back. I would definitely tell other people about the facility.

Pros: Everybody is extremely accommodating. Olaf was amazing. The fire pit was extra fun. The bartender was amazing. We loved her. The late night pizza was so good and the drinks were extra great.

Cons: Nothing I can’t complain. We really had a great time.

Pros: Access to the supermarket, Trader Joe, was very convenient. Shuttle service to Boehringer Ingelheim was perfect. Staffs in the hotel dinner was also very friendly and supportive.

Pros: This time the staff was friendly and had rooms ready.

Cons: Being an older couple this visit and my last visit our room was the furthest from the elevator. The bed frame sticks out in the little so each time I get out of the bed my leg is stabbed.

Overall, me and my guest had a good time

Pros: The bartender was amazing. The outside fireplace was also great. All of the stuff were great and the rooms were comfortable. The location was great as well.

Cons: My reservation was supposed to come with breakfast included through Booking.com and the hotel would not honor it

Pros: Convenient location and price. Brandon the front office manager was great. Welcoming and friendly.

Cons: Thin walls. Could hear a lot of movement in the hall and the room next to us. Also, the bed wasn't very comfy and the pillows were too soft. These 2 pillows here will elevate the sleep experience. 1.Carpenter Co. Beyond Down Pillow | Side Sleeper 2. Best Western® Dreammaker Gusseted Pillow | Medium-Firm Support Not sure if number 2 will be allowed due to branding. Nevertheless, upgrade the pillows definitely. Lastly, the kitchen being closed on Sundays is a bummer. Having to go out in the rain for dinner was no fun.
