Pros: Rooms were very very clean. Very well stocked with necessities so we didn't even need to go to the main office to restock during our stay.

Cons: Just a few dents on the walls but that's not really a problem for us.

Would be much better in the summer!

Pros: Great amenities, but expensive for an off season stay.

Cons: No elevators, and expensive for off season. The only staff we saw were cleaning staff.

Dune Fairfield Beach is a wonderful and comfortable place to stay.

Pros: It was a fantastic stay! The instructions were very clear. They great us with a kind welcome note. The room was clean and comfortable. We walked down to the beach and enjoyed a nice dinner right next door.

Cons: We would stay here again. The only thing that would have been nice would be to meet some of the staff.

We loved it overall and plan to return.

Pros: I liked the layout of the rooms. They had a nice assortment of silverware and plates (and fridge, microwave, and coffee maker) that would make it comfortable to settle in for a few days.

Cons: We rented the last room available. The floor in the bathroom has weak places where the floorboards are flexing uncomfortably under your feet. We also had a problem with the shower curtain not being quite long enough to retain the water. We ended up with a surprising amount of water on the floor to clean up after one shower.

Cons: No teabags for early morning non coffee drinker :( Will bring next time!
