Goo location. Breakfast cook was very friendly

Pros: Breakfast was good. Lady who was there to cook breakfast was very friendly and helpful

Cons: Stay was what was expected

Nice hotel with good staff and nice pool, but need to use Uber/Taxis to get around

Pros: The staff were helpful and friendly, and the swimming pool was a bonus. Breakfast was good too. The room was well equipped and spacious

Cons: The hotel is located between 2 major roads and no pavement or pedestrian access, so this means you cannot access any public transport...so its Uber or Flyt or taxis.

All you need to enjoy a great visit to the Albany area! Have stayed many times and keep returning!!

Pros: Very good facitilites- laundry room, pool, good breakfast. Excellent location to be able to visit my family!

Pros: comfortable bed, great location near highway, pretty good breakfast, spacious room and washroom

Cons: The temperature in the room was.set to 65F. Woke up at 4am because of the coldness. Very near the highway. When the heater is not working, the noice from passing traffic is loud.

Pros: Little update needed but clean and comfortable. Very pleasant staff. Need a little update,but nothing major (like get rid of carpets) windows needed cleaning but overall good place to stop on route. Beds were comfortable, AC worked well. 24 hour coffee station, pool,gym and good breakfast with hot and cold options. We were very satisfied and felt price was fair and honest for what we got. 👍

Great place to stay, great value. They even have an electric vehicle charge station on site .

Pros: You could tell the staff and ownership had changed recently. Signs tell you that they’re aware of the issues, and it is readily apparent how well they are doing to correct any past failures or inadequacies . They are going above and beyond to fix not only the facilities, but also the staff. The staff was SUPER friendly to me and my requests.

Pros: As usual the pool and hot tub were great. Jets in hot tub still didnt work, but it was still enjoyable. The room seemed to be all newly renovated since my last stay. Loving the floating bed. My request was met to be by an exit because I do smoke was meet.

Cons: The army of house keepers that came to our room at 11am knocking like the police.

Pros: Everything! It was quiet,convenient to the hospital where we had family. The breakfast was the best we have ever had at a motel. Would definitely stay thete again. We got snowed in and had to book 2 more nights and they did with no problem snd keep the room we were in.

Pros: First time I had eggs like that , they were pretty good. Coffee was good as well.

Cons: The room was very cold when I got there and it a long time to warm up.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt, würde ich wieder buchen.

Pros: Parkplatz war gebührenfrei. Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Betten waren bequem.

Cons: Frühstück war wie in fast allen Hotels dieser Kategorie mit Plastikgeschirr. Eier und Fleischwaren schmeckten sehr künstlich. Alles in Allem konnten wir unseren Frühstückshunger stillen.
