Belvedere Inn Schenectady - Albany

Pretty good hotel for a short stay!

Pros: The hotel is certainly not new, but very well maintained. Spacious room, good breakfast, plenty of parking right in front of the windows. The bathroom is also very large. The only thing is that they could have put a bigger refrigerator.

Pros: It was nice, clean, had a comfy bed - can't really complain

Cons: Staff was a little callous but it was late and I'd probably be a bit upset seeing someone waddle in too

Pros: The room was beautiful and affordable. The jet tub was perfect. Bed was very comfortable.

Pros: The price was excellent! The room was large and clean. Perfect location. Doors lock at 9:30!!1

Cons: It needs new rugs. It's a great place but it needs TLC. Breakfast was ok.

Pros: We were very pleased with the cleanliness, layout-furnishings, and amenities of the room. Our stay was a very enjoyable experience and we would definitely recommend the Belvedere Hotel to everyone. We would like to extend our thanks to your entire staff and management!

Cons: We were surprised by the residual smell of marijuana in the hallway, considering the rooms are non-smoking.

It was a good clean stay for our purpose.

Pros: The front desk allowed me to check in early. I thought the hotel was very clean. I was a little cold when I checked in. But it was fine when I turned on the heater.

Cons: No food/restaurant/bar The room, even with all of the lights on, was still rather dim. I needed to work later that evening, and found it difficult to see. even with the lamp's shades off, and moved closer to the coffee table. To work at the 'desk' was impossible. it was very dark.

Lovely stay and close to Union College!

Pros: Very spacious and clean! Great breakfast in the morning also.

Cons: It was convenient but booking.com had a higher nightly price than other travel sites for Belvedere Inn so I was upset about that.
