Charming hotel in Convenient location.

Pros: Convenient location to visit the area. Very large pleasant room, perfect for a family of 3.

Cons: Absence of food or drinks on a cold icy winter night.

Pros: Great location in a beautiful area. 5 minute walk into town lots of shops and bars. Although breakfast was described as continental it was extensive with lots of variety . Very nice and helpful staff

Nice place in Lenox

Pros: Old style charm in quaint New England town. Loved seeing Shakespeare in the Park in town. Breakfast buffet was limited but tasty. Staff were friendly.

Cons: No elevator - fine for us but something to consider for travellers with less mobility or lots of bags. No restaurant, need to get lunch and dinner in town (a few minutes’ walk).

Lovely stay in a period house

Pros: Beautiful room, friendly staff, lots of leaflets and games to keep us entertained. We slept excellently

Cons: The breakfast is a bit lacking. Pastries/bread could be higher quality and some healthier cereals/yogurts (less sugar!) would be appreciated

Pros: Great location in Lenox which is a nice little town

Cons: I found the breakfast below my expectation with limited choice and rather narrow time window 7am - 9am

Pros: Amazing place! The room, the communal areas , everything was beautiful! We could easily spend more time there! We loved that place, best sleep during a whole road trip! The staff were amazing! From waiting for us at night, to helping us find a place to eat at night to giving us suggestions for the next day activities!

Beautiful property in a lovely location

Pros: We stayed in The Constance, which is a beautiful property in a great location for all the local shops and restaurants. The reception staff were very helpful both on check-in and check-out and provided us with some really good recommendations. The room was better than we had anticipated and was quiet, clean and comfortable with windows that we could open to allow fresh air in.

Cons: Breakfast was a bit disorganised and the layout of items was quite confusing. In addition, there was not enough space/tables to accommodate people from all the hotels converging on one site on this occasion.

Pros: Really liked the style of the hotel and rooms. Couple of nice restaurants only 5 mins walk away. Beautiful grounds.

Cons: Breakfast was a bit higgledy-piggledy. Need another toaster as we waited ages to toast a bagel.

Typical New England style!

Pros: We stayed in the Constance which is a beautiful, typical New England property. There is a terrace to have a coffee on and take in the great view. The town of Lenox is peaceful but at the same time has plenty of restaurants, we'd recommend Pizzaria Boema on Main St for good food and friendly staff.
