Berkshire Mountain Lodge

Great value and location, many facilities

Pros: Great location next to a grocery store and great value in the Berkshires! Impressive lobby with several facilities we unfortunately did not have time to use. Very family friendly with a full kitchen and kitchenware for anyone looking for an extended stay. Separate living room and bedroom with dual entry into the bathroom.

Cons: There were instructions in the room for guests to do a bit of housekeeping during and at the end of their stay. We understand and don't mind a bit of contribution from the guests to keep prices low in this area, but it also defeats the point of having housekeeping and puts a burden on guests for a short stay when checkout is pretty early at 10am.

Highly recommend

Pros: We had a great suite at Berkshire mountain Lodge. The staff were really helpful and the hotel was very near nice towns, we especially enjoyed Lennox. We highly recommend this resort.

Cons: The weather was nice so it would have been good to have an outdoor sitting area.

Pros: Perfect for the staying. Spacious , clean and nice staff.

Lovely relaxing 5 night stay

Pros: We enjoyed using the pool and the hot tub outside. The gym was ok too. Everything was clean and the rooms had everything we needed. Overall everything was good.

Cons: Nothing personally but I know that one of the elevators was out of order for our 5 night stay.

My room was clean and roomy.

Pros: The location is handy to Berkshire attractions, I have stayed with you before

Cons: The coffee in the lobby is absolutely foul, powdered coffee, whitener is the worst.. And the coffee itself was bla.

I really like the place, and plan to stay there again. However, next time one of us sleeps on a cot.

Pros: The pool and facilities, how the kitchen was well stocked, pillows great quality.

Cons: The sofa bud was horrendous. Woke up with a third of it folded up!!

Cozy and comfy , had all the necessities!

Pros: Room had full kitchen and full size fridge . Cocoa and coffee in lobby. Clean and cozy hotel

Cons: Only thing is room 227 by the elevator you can hear all the water and flushing behind the walls which woke me up everytime someone flushed e toilet because you can really hear the water coming down like a waterfalls

Pros: Bedroom great, pool great. maintenance of property great. Kitchen well provisioned. Very convenient location. Staff very helpful!

Cons: Having the heating system only in the living room-- it made noise every time it came on again (woke me up). I would have just turned it down, but it had to heat the bedroom, too.

Comfortable for our one night stay, probably wouldn’t be happy with the lack of sleep from noise if I’d stayed any longe

Pros: Comfortable stay and well equipped, particularly the kitchen. Very easy to cook a decent meal!

Cons: Noisy! I’ve honestly never stayed in accommodation with such poor noise insulation. We were on the ground floor and had someone staying above us - sounded like a tribe of elephants with more than just footsteps! Could also hear the plumbing (yes, showers and toilets) from other rooms too.

Great staff, very nice suite.

Pros: spacious, nice to have kitchen and dining area as well as a living room.

Cons: it would be nice to have check out time at 11:00 instead of 10:00.
