Hidden Gem.

Pros: Close to the ski area and downtown wilmington for dinner. Clean and quiet. A real hidden gem. Great hosts. Made sure every need was met. Husband and wife team. Very social too.

Just what we needed for a quick ski trip.

Pros: The owner was very nice and professional. I really appreciated that he took the time to talk to me and make me feel welcome. The WiFi in the lounge was good. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. I liked that the bedding was not too heavy and that I could easily control the heat.

Cons: I wish there had been wifi in the room.

Pros: Good heat in the room. Very comfortable. Felt safe even though I was alone. Owners were very thoughtful.

Pros: My son and I had the best time at Austrian Haus. Everything was perfect! The Innkeepers were very kind and attentive, we can’t thank them enough. We will definitely be back!

Pros: Everything. Sauna can be made very hot, which is rear. Great owners. Option to get home made Indian food for dinner.

Pros: Perfect location, close enough to the ski slopes a beautiful lodge with free parking space. Breakfast was included. A family own business and both the owners were very nice, welcoming and ready to help and accommodate our needs.

Cons: The place has seen better days. Because this was the first time there, I was expecting a real Austrian Lodge and lots of the old beauty is there but not in good shape. The beautiful lodge candelabra from the entrance was not working and the owner should change the name of the business from Austrian to Indian. Breakfast was included, but the quality of the products were cheap. And no meat or meat products at all. No internet in the room, no hairdryer in the bathroom, the carpet in the room was very old and smelly, the bed didn’t had good beddings and especially in the mountain you need good blankets and comforters. We arrived very late and our room was not heated, it took a while to get warm. Also a big old furniture was placed in front of the heater, so we had to move it to allow the room to get the heat . We didn’t check the pool, because we were not interested about it. The ski storage room was accessible, but stored other stuff as well. We did had a nice vegetarian Indian dinner prepared by the owners, that was delicious. Overall, our stay was ok, we are not a very demanding family. We were just disappointed that this beautiful Austrian lodge, is loosing his Austrian mountain beauty.

Pros: Café da manhã típico americano. Excelente atendimento. Boa localização.

Cons: O sistema de wi-fi só funciona na recepeção do hotel, mas isto não seria um problema se os sinais de operadoras de celular conseguissem cobrir a área do hotel. No entanto, não pega sinal de todas as operadoras. Assim, recomendo, fortemente, que se invista para uma melhora neste aspecto.
