Great location wonderful staff

Pros: Beautiful location right on the lake and staff were very friendly and helpful. The swimming area was a lovely a seating to enjoy the lake was great.

Cons: O my bad vending machines that take cash and nowhere to grab a beer or a snack

Pros: The motel situation in front of Otsego lake is excellent. It is easy and pleasant to go and have a swim at the hotel beach (even though there is a road to cross). The Motel grounds are very nicely kept with beautiful flower beds.

Cons: A little more water pressure in the shower would help.

A lovely lake location

Pros: It was fine for a night. Quite run down (example bathroom door wouldn’t shut due to wood moisture swelling) and front door needed a shoulder nudge to open- but it was reasonably priced, lake was nice, internet worked and the beds comfy.

Cons: Needs a little freshen up but really was fine

Great place to stay to relax and enjoy the views.

Pros: We were there because of my son's baseball tournament at Cooperstown Dream Park for the week. We enjoyed the quiet and the views of the lake when we walked around the motel. The employees were very friendly and helpful throughout the property. We would definitely stay here next time we have to go to Cooperstown.

Cons: One thing that was a little bothering me was the leaky shower faucet. We tried to make sure the faucet was closed but still dripped some.

What a little gem!

Pros: We absolutely adored this little motel. We were visiting Cooperstown and decided to stay outside the town. The room was clean, comfortable, affordable, and we had a lovely view of the lake. Our room was on the end closest to the road with a little private patio. The staff were very kind and welcoming. In the warmer months, there is a beach across the road you can access.

Very nice “70’s” motel.

Pros: Ice machine did not work. Small comfortable room. Very clean. No breakfast or restaurants nearby. Wonderful spot on the lake. Staff was excellent.
