Baseball Town Motel

Loved Cooperstown, the friendliness and the spotless hotel!

Pros: Location was Excellent to eateries and Baseball Hall of Fame with a trolley to take you further distances to other attractions if you didn’t care to walk.

Cons: I forgot my toothbrush so we needed to drive to a store to get one. In other hotels they may have provided the toothbrush at the front desk, but here, there is no front desk. That was the only time we used our car while we were here.

Pros: The hotel was in an amazing location and Ainslie was so helpful throughout our whole stay. We had a wonderful time, thank you 🙏

Best hotel in this baseball town .

Pros: Located so close to Baseball Hall of Fame. Great rooms and parking free and in the back . There are stairs since all the rooms are on the second and third floor. We have been going here for years and it has been clean and renovated.

Pros: It was a beautiful room in the middle of everything. I could walk everywhere. The room was on the small side but everything is pretty tight up there. Not unlike Key West. I could justify/understand the limitations they are working with and it wasn't anything to be upset about. I didn't have a fridge or microwave. The problem is where would they put it? I loved everything about my stay and the trip in general. It is a beautiful village and the locals are warm and welcoming. For context my background is physical labor and running tattoo shops. I look like a junkyard dog. It really didn't seem to bother any of them which is not my experience when traveling. Some places I really just piss a lot of people off being there.

Cons: Ok so my door stuck. That's the worst thing I can say and it wasn't even that bad. I just felt bad for the people on either side of me as I keep odd hours on vacation. Closing the local bar and taking walks late night/ early morning. I was able to come up with a way to close it gently after 9 it just took some doing. At the end of the day it's really isn't even worth complaining about.

Decent, in town stay, but be flexible.

Pros: No elevator and no breakfast. Located right in the town so everything is walkable. Friendly staff. Tiny bathroom and I had to remove a bulb that was blinking. It’s very good, yet not high end.

Cons: Can’t change the structure of the rooms and can’t add an elevator. It’s comfortable if you’re flexible and not looking for a traditional hotel experience. Can’t beat the location.

Pros: Ainsley was super accommodating and responsive to all our needs. The rooms were large, clean, and easy to check into/out of. The location on Main Street is unbeatable.

Pros: Easy access to baseball hall of fame and restaurants. Parking was also provided.

Cons: Everything was great, I don’t have anything negative to say.
