Lovely

Pros: Perfectly clean. Lovely view over the lake and a very cute vibe. Little outdated but that doesn't bother me as long as it's clean!

Pros: Great location in the lake with access to the lake and a nice balcony. Good price.

A great place to crash after a long day at the baseball hall of fame.

Pros: The room felt brand new and super clean. Close to Cooperstown HOF without the hefty price chains charge. Nice lake and good morning coffee

Good place for the money.

Pros: Location was convenient, room was clean, staff was nice. Very pretty spot on the lake.

Cons: TV was horrible, kept saying did not have access to any of the channels!!

Pros: The view was perfect and the cabin was very clean. I was impressed with how the deck furniture was clean as well and free of cobwebs or bugs....we've been to other places where that isn't kept up at all....so this was so nice to just be able to sit out immediately on the deck and enjoy the scenery. Thank you! The kitchen was well equipped with whatever utensil or dish you may need and there were plenty of towels which was great too! The grounds of the entire place are well kept and pretty. We felt very comfortable staying here and will be back again. Staff was very nice. Especially Jason who was very informative and helpful.

Cons: We liked everything. The only thing I would say is it would've been nice to have a additional end table or coffee table in the sitting area. But that's it. Great place!

Enjoyable Fall Stay at the Lake

Pros: The view was awesome and the screened in porch was an added bonus. Also, accommodating our check in time was greatly appreciated.

Cons: The beds in the cabin we very noisy when getting into or out of the bed or if moving during the night. Not sure if it was due to the type of mattress or if there was a cover on it.

Pros: Nice place to stay to explore Cooperstown. Gorgeous location right on the water - good place to stargaze as well. Nice rooms, comfy beds and plenty of space. There's coffee in the lobby in the morning, and a game room.

Cons: Not much to complain about!

Clean and comfortable room in a beautiful location

Pros: Beautiful location. Excellent price/value. Well kept rooms. Nice family area in the main building where the office is located. Lovely rocking chairs outside the office to sit and play chess/checkers and/or enjoy the scenery. Great view of the lake outside our room. It would be a nice and peaceful place to stay for a few days. Unfortunately, we just needed a place to lay our heads tdown for the night before our visit to the Baseball Hall of Fame. Would love to have stayed longer. It’s evident the owners care about their customers/visitors. (Sorry: I mistakenly added two extra photos of me and my niece. I could not find a way to delete them.)

Pros: Always a pleasure staying here on our road trips. Rooms are quiet and cozy.
