Great value

Pros: For the price, the place is fantastic. It was very clean and comfortable. The rate was much lower than nearby hotels. The room decor was updated and there were some dated looking areas such as hallways. There was just self-brew coffee in the room, no lobby coffee or breakfast service and the ice machine was out of order during our stay. Still, we forgive the minor inconveniences for the value price.

Good value and recommend

Pros: Easy to find, close to down town and “Sleeping Giant” (if you are a nature or outdoors person). Only 15 minutes from “Space Ballroom” (if you like live music). The room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was beautiful. Bed was extremely comfortable.

Cons: The carpet in the room looked clean, but I had to wear shoes because they were grimey. Online it said breakfast was included and it was not. They have an entire area and set up for breakfast, but did not offer. When asking if there was anything local for coffee, the attendant said no. So we drove around for 30 minutes trying to find something (when returning we noticed a coffee shop right next door that was never mentioned). We were locked out of the building for a period of time along with other guests, which I found strange. Also, it is cheaper to book through the hotel and not booking, which irritated me because I thought booking had the lowest prices.
