Make the best out so a situation!.

Pros: Warm welcome from Jennifer at the front desk who informed me about the rooms and that some rooms have lost heat, she also worked with me to change room .she was very informative warm and understanding . Thank you .

Cons: Unfortunately because it has been so extremely cold these past days,most room lost heat and the room I originally booked was one of them so I was moved to a different room.

Pros: Buen trato igual de seguridad excelente ser humano y tratable con los huéspedes es un buen romano y bueno de seguridad les recomiendo a cualquier compañía

Cons: Que me llevaron el carro que tenía y no habían dicho nada en español que había que poner un ticket al carro me lo dieron pero no me dijeron nada y yo no entiendo inglés

Good value-cost is very good for what you is offered by this lodging. Staff is 5 star plus.

Pros: The staff are amazing! They are helpful, take time to answer questions, help out with when I asked questions about my reservation. The room was sparse in furnishing but very clean! The security is intimidating but reading past reviews it seems the hotel has worked hard to respond to prior concerns/complaints about security. We did not have a coffee pot and there was no coffee/tea/hot water access in lobby. This would not have been a problem if it was clear in the room description that there is coffee, fridgidare or micro wave. I am for less in amenities when the room is clean, the establishment is a safe place to stay and staff is helpful and respectful. Good price for what is provided.

Cons: Did see on bug--not sure whether or not it was a cockroach--don't think so but so many reviews mentioned cockroaches that it set a sad expectation. The place is spotless!

Very pleasant stay

Pros: The room was clean, smelled good, staff was very helpful, it was very comfortable. And the TV kept my hubby happy because of the movies that were playing on tv

Pros: The location And the room was nice and it was clean.

Cons: You ran out of towels. I only needed one big one. There was no regular coffee for the room.You had to go downstairs to get it from.

Pros: very clean and Informative. very welcoming and close to a lot of things such as food and things to do

Cons: my room didn’t have a microwave or small fridge.
