Spacious, comfortable apartment in pretty part of town, within walking distance of Yale campus.
Pros: Great location, quiet streets in a pretty area of NH with good range of local coffee shops, markets, the Peabody museum, etc. plus only a 15 minute walk to Yale Campus. Free parking is a bonus, and off street. The beds were comfy and the apartment clean. The towels were lovely and fluffy and the water nice and hot. Living room area nicely decorated and equipped.
Cons: There was not enough crockery or cutlery for the number of potential guests, nor space round the dining table if the apartment were at full capacity (6-8 people). The pots and pans selection was also not really adequate for a true ‘safe catering’ experience, and a kettle would have been nice. Because the beds are all pushed up against the windows, with no headboards, it makes it hard to open the curtains and thus it feels dark a lot of the time which is a shame as it is a pretty apartment.

Pleasant stay
Pros: Rooms were spacious and good . The location of the property was convenient.
Cons: Only one bathroom and toilet and the cleaning is not happening everyday or alternate days at least .. we stayed for 6 nights and no cleaning was done for the 6 nights .. the property is big and mentioned it can accommodate 10 people but only one bathroom with attached toilet is a challenge

Pros: The kitchen is perfect. It has everything you need. There is Netflix for TV and suprisingly there is cealing light so the room is bright.

Family approved
Pros: Good location, nice walking neighborhood. Great parking off street. Perfect number of beds to accommodate my in-laws, my children, and my husband and I.
Cons: Needs a bigger front porch, but that couldn't be helped. There could have been dressers in the room, but we managed. There could have been more vanity storage in the bathroom, but it was still a great bathroom, it would have been nice if there was a second bathroom, but it was workable with one.

Pros: Very clean , safe area ! Great parking , great communication with property owner !
Cons: We loved everything. Only minor thing was could have had more wash clothes. Only provided one wash cloth for 6 guests.

Clean, bright space in a great location
Pros: Owners were extremely responsive. The property was clean and comfortable. K cups were provided and there were great options for coffee and food nearby. Great location to walk to Yale and a beautiful neighborhood. Parking was easy. Having a single level place with a young child was so nice.
Cons: We traveled with a toddler and there wasn't a lot of supplies to clean up spills from meals/general toddler chaos. My mom was confused by the keypad entry but eventually figured it out (do NOT touch it to light up; your first tap should be on the first number of the code)

Overall great and I would recommend this place.
Pros: Place was very clean and conveniently located. It was easy to communicate with the property owner. Overall great.
Cons: This is very minor and did not affect my overall rating of the place, but just a note: it would be nice to have some more basic kitchen items available (e.g., a mixing bowl, a larger cooking pot, olive oil etc.).
