Orange Oasis in the Heart of East Rock with FREE parking near DT and Yale

Pros: Clean and very pleasant apartment. Great location. We enjoyed our stay in New Haven.

Really loved the village feel for the location and the cafes and food markets. It felt super safe.

Pros: Loved the area this property was located in. Close to local cafe/deli/markets and also a couple of great restaurants / pubs. We also loved being able to walk up East Rock and into town ( we like a good walk!)

Cons: I would prefer cotton sheets.

Pros: The apartment is very nice and comfortable. I especially enjoyed looking out the window and seeing a beautiful tree with fall colors. Great kitchen, new appliances, nice & spacious bathroom, huge bedrooms, great closet space, comfortable living room.

Cons: I did not like the staircase because I had heavy luggage. For someone traveling light (and with no accessibility issues) it's perfectly fine.

Two bedroom apartment, my kids loved it, comfortable and roomy and cozy.

Pros: Lovely home, good customer service, perfect location.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft im studentisch geprägten Stadtteil von New Haven

Pros: Der Check in war sehr unkompliziert. Die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Umgebung im studentisch geprägten Teil von New Haven ist sehr schön, kleine sehr schöne Cafés prägen diesen Stadtteil. Der East Rock Park stellt eine wunderbare Freizeitumgebung dar.

Cons: Wir hatten riesige Probleme mit der Klimaanlage, die sehr kalt gestellt war und sehr laut die ganze Nacht durchlief. Wir hatten keine Ahnung wie sie abgestellt werden konnte. Wir haben dieses Problem dem Vermieter mitgeteilt. Er hat uns wohl nicht verstanden und wir haben uns nicht getraut, auf eigene Initiative etwas zu verstellen.

Großzügiges Apartment in sehr guter Lage, dass wir immer wieder buchen würden.

Pros: Großzügiges Apartment im ersten Stock in sehr guter Lage. Parkplätze hinter dem Haus. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Gutes Wlan. Lösungen für kleinere Probleme wurden sofort angeboten. Schönes Badezimmer und sehr gute Dusche. Bequeme Betten.

Cons: Etwas hellhörig, man hört die Münzwaschmaschine im Flur und die Menschen im Apartment darüber. Ein Stuhl oder Sessel in den Schlafzimmern wäre schön. Keine Spülmaschine, zum Abspülen mit der Hand fehlt eine Ablage. TV hat vor allem Streaming Sender.

Great place to stay to see the Yale campus.

Pros: Easy access off the highway, ample parking, within walking distance of Yale Campus, there is a Yale shuttle stop right outside of the building for farther venturing, quiet neighborhood. Altogether a good value and a great place to stay.
