Green N' Groovy in the Heart of East Rock Near DT

a nice apartment with many rooms in the heart of the grad ghetto.

Pros: ideally located in the heart of a residential neighborhood popular with Yale students and faculty. nice cafes, grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Nice 4 bedroom apartment with all you need. clean, comfy beds, ac in each room. communication with landlord was smooth.

Cons: we stayed in unit 2 on the 2nd floor. the neighbors upstairs on the 3rd floor were noisy (the ceiling is very thin, and we could hear them walk around till very late into the night). a pity considering that the neighborhood is quiet. there were no kettle, no can opener, and not enough cutlers in the kitchen. kitchen is quite small. only one bathroom.

Great stay in New Haven

Pros: Beautiful apartment, a really nice discovery to stay in New Haven. Nice quiet neighborhood, easy to get downtown, or to hike in eastrock park

Cons: The house can be a little bit noisy, but as the owner is very responsive, just make sure to tell him in time, to be able to solve the issue, if ever

Perfect for our needs. Nice to have so much space and really liked the neighborhood.

Pros: Great location with easy parking on street. Walkable to some fun restaurants and located in a peaceful residential neighborhood conveniently close to the highway. Very spacious, bright and so many bedrooms! Super comfortable beds and large kitchen. Very clean! Easy to communicate with host! Felt very secure.

Cons: I would definitely return. Older house so walls/floors are acoustically thin but not a problem.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Green N’ Groovy! The host was wonderful and provided very helpful information

Pros: The property was very clean and cozy. There was ample space to spread out and not feel crowded. Towels and wash cloths and some toiletries were included, complimentary coffee and filtered water were provided.

Cons: We were not able to get the TV to work but that could have been as simple as replacing the batteries in the remote. The apartment is on the second floor so keep that in mind if you need a place that is handicap accessible.

New Haven, a great place with lots of history and great architecture!

Pros: Great location with cute cafe's and things within walking distance. Most things just a few minutes away driving.

Cons: Nothing really that we didn't like!
