Wow! Amazing place!

Pros: I rarely say it - but this guest house is just perfect! So charming and pretty, clean, comfortable, easy checking in and out (it didn’t even feel like checking in or out, just like coming and leaving home). 10/10 would totally recommend!

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: We stayed for three nights in one of the smaller rooms, which was cozy and perfectly sufficient for our stay. Brendan is incredibly friendly and attentive, and he gave us great tips on things to do and places to eat. We really enjoyed our time here and can highly recommend this B&B!

Pros: Lovely house to stay in. Brendan our host was brilliant and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was continental and was just right. We would recommend.

Charming

Pros: Its a unique place with charm and character. A place you see on a movie especially if you are traveling from Europe

Pros: What a wonderful place to stay,we were met with a very warm welcome from the owner Brendon, the house itself is full of charm and character , our bedroom was really nice, everything being top quality and the bed linen was top end luxury, the bathroom was spotless and a great shower, we spent a few hours relaxing on the front porch. Great Host and a wonderful location, We would definitely stay here again.

The best solution to enjoy the Catskills

Pros: Every detail is taken care of, everything you may need to stay more comfortable is already there!

Nice accommodation with Victorian ambience

Pros: The premises was a nicely renovated Victorian type house with a good bathroom shower & comfy bed. Breakfast was nice, good quality pastries & coffee. Main host was cheerful & accommodating

Cons: Check-in was a bit of a problem, possibly because we booked late in the day, the sub-host on site was rather unhelpful, and we didn't gain access until around 7:30pm :-). However the main host did make amends by providing a bottle of nice wine as compensation as was very apologetic.

Pros: A beautifully presented unique property. Host was extremely friendly and helpful. Clean with good amenities.

Perfect location if you are skiing at Bellayre, Great Host!!

Pros: The host was fabulous, very accommodating, my wife and daughter slept in room 2 and their bed was absolutely the comfiest which I cannot say the same for room 1, it was harder than I like. I also did not have a bath towel in my room so I borrowed one from my wife's room, no biggie...small oversight. Hotel was perfectly located close to Bellayre, very clean, easy parking across the street and a great restaurant down the block, The Printhouse! I would definitely stay here again if skiing at Bellayre!

Cons: Room 2 bed was to stiff, some may like it this way but I do not. Other than that, our stay was perfect.
