Great location and friendly staff. Room is comfortable.

Pros: Location was great for MVP Arena and places to eat. Staff was friendly. Plenty of elevators to get guests up and down in timely manner. Had on-site parking.

Cons: Only coffee in room was decaf. Had to ask front desk twice to get regular coffee packets.

Best holiday I ever had

Pros: Everything was great. Staff were fabulous, kind, cheerful, generous. Room was perfect. Bathroom was fully kitted out for people with access needs. Air conditioning. Good coffee and tea. Very good hair dryer.

Pros: Likes and dislikes here. Not bright enough light. I need lighting for work (lots of too-small fonts and numbers) and to do my makeup. Room far too dim, and could be solved with a makeup light in bathroom and a swing arm near bed or desk. Felt very secure, loved the competent and friendly staff. The sheets were nice. Public spaces pleasant but unremarkable.

Great to experience a city that we would not normally travel to without booking the gig.

Pros: We booked it for the concert at the MVP arena. Although the concert was cancelled we still visited Albany and found the hotel was in a great position.

Stop looking

Pros: The room was big and clean, the beds and pillows were super comfortable. We had a big window. Great location. Staff was efficient.

Cons: The window in my room was soo dirty 😩 I couldn't take pictures of the view. If you think of ordering food via Uber or any delivery service, be advised that they are not allowed to go upstair. My food was left in the middle of reception on a table for anyone to take.

old dominion concert!!

Pros: the distance to the mvp center. staff was very pleasant and our accomodations were good. bathroom a bit tight but bed were very comfy! clean and stylish and updated and loved the breakfast and Starbucks !

Beautiful area of the city.

Pros: Comfortable bed. Bathroom was a bit small. During check in, the AC in the lobby was not working - it was difficult for the patrons, and I'm sure that it was HORRIBLE for the staff. The internet was rather slow. The staff was EXCELLENT.
