Pros: The staff made this experience absolutely amazing! Samantha and William in particular went out of their way to help sort my issues with ordering online as a tourist from the UK. They recommended places to grab dinner as there's no resturant on site and we're the nicest hospitality staff i have ever encountered- P.s I travel a lot and stayed in 3 different hotels this NY trip and no one came even close!

Pros: We had a super late check-in, and were easily helped store our bikes. Pleasant staff, solid breakfast options, and an easy process.

Perfect

Pros: Super clean, convenient, comfortable, well-located, pleasant , just perfect. I stayed here to take my bar exam and it couldn’t have been better.

Cons: Just a suggestion- some tissues/papar napkins in the restroom would be good.

Very good and clean hotel

Pros: Great room, very clean. Friendly reception staff. Almost all good. Beautiful view on Albany. Close to all types of restaurants. Holiday Inn becomes my favorite chain for my American road trips.

Cons: Had compassion with the lady in charge of breakfast. What is wrong in this country? This lady should enjoy her live, retirement and grandchildren. She tried to do her utmost best, but it's not acceptable to see this in a 'developed' country.

Excellent quality, good location for travelling through town

Pros: We often stay at Holiday Inn Express Hotels because we know we will get consistent quality and comfort and this hotel was the same. The front desk was very accommodating for the senior travellers in our group which was much appreciated.

Cons: The breakfast was okay, nothing great. The rooms were noisy from other guests in rooms above us.
