Second time staying at this hotel; would definitely stay again.

Pros: that it is like a suite - lots of space - while my mom was in bed, I was able to be in the other space to watch tv. bed was extremely comfortable and soft sheets

Cons: had to get staff to fix tv;

Some difficulties with checking in. Had to find emails to prove stay cost.

Pros: Staff was very pleasant. Confusion at checking in regarding booked cost and no notice of room request made prior to stay. All worked out eventually.

Cons: Iron had only high heat, nearly ruined clothes. Definitely needs to be replaced. No clock in room.

Amazing and relaxing!

Pros: The manager John is the best attendant at a hotel ive ever met! He goes ABOVE and beyond for all his customers and was super nice to my two year old and myself! Will definitely book again! Thank you!

Comfy and construction!

Pros: I loved how it was tucked away off the highway so nice area where I could walk my dog.

Cons: Well, it was under construction and I had read that they were working on the pool and the exercise area, but I had no idea that the whole lobby and hallways were just totally ripped apart and under construction and there was no breakfast area in the lobby. They had a sweet upstairs where they had breakfast set up, which was fine. I was disappointed that they didn’t give any kind of break for all the construction that was going on I mean, not even carpeting and some of the hallways. I highly doubt it. There was much more to do! So if you’re really hoping for a pool and work out and a nice area to have breakfast, this is probably not your spot. And the price for a dog I thought was pretty hefty… $75.

Great place for kids

Pros: The location is tucked away and quiet, the staff were pleasant, the room was clean, we were able to check in an hour early and lucked out with having a fireplace in the room. The pool was clean and heated for the kids and they had a great time.

Cons: Unfortunately the hot tub was out of service, that is the one and only negative.

Pros: The first thing we noticed was the impeccably kept grounds. We entered the property to check in, and we were greeted by the most lovely lady! Her name was Martisha and after a very harrowing journey (7 hours on the road during heavy rain) her kind and heartfelt interaction at check in was just what we needed!!
