Good, but in reality costed more

Pros: We were staying 1 night. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Not too fancy, but not bad. Muffins were delicious!

Cons: At the reception we were charged extra 40$ in addition to the 171$ that we had to pay according to Booking.com I would rate higher if not this.

Comfortable room, Very good breakfast

Pros: Great breakfast, (waffle maker, strawberries fudge and cream) Hot options change each day. Best breakfast I had at any hotel I stayed at on our road trip.

Cons: Took several payments on my card on checking in, claimed the payment hadn't gone through when it had. I had to go back twice to get the extra payments refunded.

Pros: Very friendly lady who checked us in and upgraded our room which was fab. Very good on site restaurant with food of a high standard. Location central. Would highly recommend.

Convenient downtown stay

Pros: Convenient downtown location, close to restaurants.

Cons: Breakfast hall had limited seats, we had to wait for vacancy. Service for breakfast was slow in cleaning the tables, renewing items. Would prefer self parking rather than valet parking. Drinking water on every floor would be nice.

Comfortable, clean hotel

Pros: Room was comfortable and clean, staff was friendly.

Cons: Breakfast room was too small for weekend guests. Finished products were not replaced even the next day. You have to ask for cleaning service and when we did on the 3rd day, one of the beds were not changed.
