Four Points by Sheraton Albany

Good location, perfect stop over on our road trip

Pros: Modern and clean. Super friendly and helpful bar staff that (?? Andrew in particular👍🏻)

Comfort reigns!!

Pros: The hotel is very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Staff is great and very professional, bar/restaurant lively and perfectly managed.

Cons: Rooms are so comfortable but unfortunately the air conditioning unit was very noisy all night making it difficult to sleep. I was told at check out that this was not normal and a technician was sent to investigate. The situation was handled very professionally.

It was safe and quiet. Staff was helpful. Quite a pleasant stay.

Pros: Breakfast was good. Staff was accommodating to our needs.

Cons: Breakfast wasn't available everyday during our stay.

Location has its pluses and minuses but we made the best of it!

Pros: A hidden gem of a feature for us who were hikers and runners was the Albany County Rail Trail. One had to work a bit to get to it but it was gorgeous as it went over the Norman Kills. Recommend it. Nice that the hotel had a gym and a pool. Room was nice in terms of size and beds.

Cons: Bathroom should have a fan. These supposedly cool wooden pull doors leave a lot to be desired in terms of privacy. My two teenage boys and I felt that this was not a good feature! We also had the misfortune of having a family with very young kids right over head. Non-stop running back and forth. I do not think that the hotel was so full during the Thanksgiving break, so why put a family with young kids where they will disturb others if they can avoid it.

Comfy and clean

Pros: Clean room, nice bathroom with glass shower, big TV, comfy bed, friendly staff, restaurant in the hotel, little place to hang out outside

This is my go to hotel in Albany! A perfect get a way. Clean facilities and an inviting environment!

Cons: Nothing really! But I was hoping for another fire pit as it was a hot spot to sit by!

Pros: The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. The location suited us as it was a much needed stop during our road trip.

Buena experiencia

Pros: Habitación muy cómoda y amplia. Baño moderno y prolijo. Cama y almohadas muy cómodas.

Cons: En tres noches que nos alojamos ningún día se hizo la limpieza de la habitación.

Very happy after a long day of driving, we had a great place to get a good nights sleep in a nice clean room.

Pros: Great location and price was reasonable! I liked that we were able to get food and drink right at the property. The room was nice, clean and had comfortable beds! The staff were fantastic!

Cons: There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property!
