Pros: Good location, staff were great good size room no major complaints. I’d stay again.

Cons: Noisy inconsiderate customers (not the hotels fault) heating a bit hard to regulate. Customers smoking in their rooms. Shame TVs aren’t smart we ordered an Amazon fire stick.

Pros: The name I registered during booking caused an error, leading to a complicated exchange, but the male staff member handled it politely. When explanations needed to be lengthy, they used smartphone translation apps to explain things—their resourceful approach made me feel at ease throughout my visit. Highly recommended!

Pros: Great hotel with great personnel and good services. Breakfast was delicious and the room would always be clean after our arrival. Personnel was fantastic.

Cons: Room temperature was always too high and we couldn’t modify it.

Pros: The breakfast was good but the only option for the sausages and bacon was pork and not everyone eats pork so it should be replaced by beef or chicken options! It really needs to be changed. The staff were very professionals and friendly for the breakfast and at the reception, they explain everything by details.

Cons: The ice machine in front of the rooms is very noisy and made me uncomfortable. It shouldn’t be placed near the rooms; it should be closer to the reception instead, and the housekeeping staff are very noisy they keep slamming the doors very early in the mornings at 7AM

Pros: We stayed at Highbridge Hotel for a week and everything was perfect. Clean room, daily change of towels, good breakfast and close connection to the subway. I would definitely recommend this accommodation!

Pros: The room is spacious and comfortable, the towels were changed everyday. The staff is comunicative and open. The location is ok near subway. Around many shops and street food.

Cons: The breakfasts are not varied, quite fat. The deposit is returned after More then 14 days.

Pros: Friendly, comfortable hotel, good value for money. Close to lots of nice, small eateries.

Cons: No accessible subway stations nearby.
