Radio Hotel

An ordinary hotel made much better by the staff and the food

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff, great snacks and coffee, good local food in the restaurant in the building.

Cons: It had a smoking problem and the rooms smelt stale but we were given a better one (although we paid more for it)

Pros: The position was great for facilities for going to the city center. I was lucky to have a nice view room right at the corner so I could see two side. So I liked the position of the room and the room itself

Cons: The door of my room was slam badly all the time when I was closing. I may would like more light in the room if necessary. I must say the light in the room was basically soft and nice but what happen if I need more light (for any reason)

Christmas is fun in this unique and local NYC hotel

Pros: The check-in staff were kind, friendly, helpful and a pleasure to meet. The rooms were clean and tidied every day but they didn't smell clean so we asked to swap and were immediately moved into a better room. The restaurant was fab home made food. The coffee and pastries are also really good in the morning.

Cons: There was a general smell of smoking and cheap air freshener coming into two of our rooms (from the vents) and my heating didn't work but all our complaints were immediately and graciously dealt with.

Really good value choice to access the city clean modern near tube to time square

Pros: Beds super comfortable and hotel near the tube really clean and modern. Good gym. Great price

Cons: Just more cardio machines in the gym as only 1 treadmill and hard if more than one person in.

Perfect for a New York getaway

Pros: Design of hotel nice and lovely staff. Good atmosphere and close to shops and metro

Cons: The smell of weed and the marks on linen and towels

I WOULD STAY AGAIN!

Pros: The offer of a free taxi from the airport to the hotel was a great start to the holiday. It was professional, the team were very communicative, the vehicle was the right size and comfort. The 'free' drinks tokens were a great bonus and the hotel bar was vibrant with a great selection of drinks. The room was a good size for 2 people sharing on a shopping holiday The location is only 2 blocks from the 1 train which has excellent connections. VERY helpful reception staff from beginning to end.

Cons: Housekeeping: Our door was knocked on most days before 10am. I feel there should've been better communication of who was checking out and those rooms prioritised before ours. We had to ask reception to get our room cleaned after we'd left for the day. Even after cleaning, the work desk was dusty for days. More hangers were needed for the coat rails. The shower having the frosted glass should be more notable during the booking process!

Pros: It was a cool hotel , nice staff and would stay again . Close to the subway

Cons: Location area is ok . A bit rough and ready but had no problems .

Pros: Very friendly staff. The breakfast is delicious. It’s located close to a subway station. Lovely interior.

Comfortable, convenient and good value

Pros: Lovely staff, convenient, delicious cocktails and great barman! Comfortable beds.

Cons: Would love to order a sandwich or bar snacks from the bar at lunchtime.

If this was located more centrally it would be perfect, but still worth the trip

Pros: The little room had a beautiful view. With bed just beside the window. Perfect for a spicy night!
