Pros: if you want to be outside of the crowd of manhattan this is a perfect place

Cons: was all fine

Pros: The hotels service customer service representation and employees operate and presume their employed work studies with impeccable excellence.

Cons: Everything is to love.

Average hotel in a good location

Pros: The room and the bathroom are quite nice, well-furnished and comfortable. The location is good - the subway is close and in 20-30 minutes it brings you to Manhatten.

Cons: The cleaning was not accurate; the towels were really small, and you could smell weed everywhere in the common areas. The staff could be more friendly and informed.

It was a lovely stay. Front desk lady helped me with locations I asked for - thanks to her ;)

Pros: The room was very clean room service was excellent furniture was modern and I would definitely stay again

Great accomodation for the price.

Pros: Had to find a quick place to stay, due to a problem with another accomodation. The staff let us check out one of the rooms before booking so we could see the state of it. We ended up in a room that had a broken window handle, but the staff was again really accommodating and gave us a different room. The rooms were all spacious enough,had their own bathrooms and air conditioning and also good sized fridges if you wanted to buy breakfast foods. While housekeeping isn't done automatically every day, you could ask the night before for fresh towels, sheets and cleaning. The location of the hotel is great. It's less than a 5min walk from 2 different subway stations.

Cons: The first room had a broken window handle that made a draft in the room and you could hear the loud trains going by through the open window. However the staff agreed to give us another room. In the second room where everything was great, except for the leaking shower.

Pros: Really nice staff! Easy to get into the center of NYC by using the subway which is super close to the hotel! Felt safe and the rooms were clean! Again, the people worker there were super nice and helpful!!

Long stay

Pros: They seem to have a light problem in the rooms not good no soap in the room 1 washcloth so they need to fix that problem for the money you spend

Pros: Price free parking friendly staff location Room was clean. If you’re a light sleeper bring ear plugs subway trains are close and loud. But didn’t bother me

Cons: Bed was a little hard but comfortable. Towels were small.

Good value with easy access to transit and comfortable if small rooms

Pros: Easy to access location, staff were cordial and friendly, room clean and with working air conditioning. Didn't spend much time in hotel itself but was a great spot to sleep for the night.

Cons: Bed only had 3 small pillows, and no microwave inside room.
