Pros: Location was good - wasn't too far from tourist attractions and there was plenty of food options, a supermarket and laundromat close by which were all handy.

Cons: The shower was MOLDY.

A great place to stay for a conference in central New York.

Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful when I had to notify them of noisy people having an all-night party in the room next door.

When can I move in?

Pros: Vibe and staff and all !! Amazing !!! Particularly the dancing in reception .. music … incredible …. I am originally from a small town in UK .. have lived in ny before .. for a long time .. but this was first time staying (and living ) in Harlem and was on my knees crying to the lord how I thought I might have found where the soul of this universe is , for sure at this hotel!!!

A pleasant 3-Star experience

Pros: I had read some negative reviews, but honestly, my experience was very good for a 3-star hotel! The staff were friendly and helped me with everything I needed. I had no issues during my stay!

Cons: The area isn't very touristy (which wasn't a big deal for the purpose of my trip), but there's a metro station just a block and a half away, and the express line takes you to Downtown in under 20 minutes!

Lovely place close to subway and lovely hotel

Pros: Lovely comfy beds , very clean , staff where friendly would stay again

Cons: The tv didn’t work all the time as kept disconnecting from Netflix and air con was always hot and made dripping noises other then that lovely hotel

Pros: Hotel very comfortable and my room quiet. It is close to Subway for A,B,C &,D lines and bus that goes down west sode of NYC so although out of Midtown it is not inaccessible.

Cons: It was fine

Nice, modern place in a great location, but a bit noisy.

Pros: The place is really nice and modern. The lobby with the bar is a nice place to hang out or just cool down.

Cons: The hotel is quite noisy, not because of the outside, but because of the corridors. There is clearly a problem with the accoustic isolation of the room relating to the hallway.

Great value hotel

Pros: The hotel is nice, with good music, nice personnel and a pool table in the lobby, which was a lot of fun. The neighbourhood is ok. The hotel is 200 mts from the subway which is super convenient. There's a great market a block away to buy all sorts of food and drink. We were on the 5th floor and it was quite. We loved the experience.

Cons: This may sound silly, but the carpet on the room floor was too worn. The shower door did not close completely but we found a way to avoid the water to drip on the bath floor.
