Pros: Beautiful restaurant and lively lobby, the room has everything needed for a comfy stay.

Cons: The heating was through a very loud fan, impossible to sleep leaving it on since it would start and stop automatically

Atmospheric and cultured!

Pros: This hotel is lovely and clean The staff are super helpful and accommodating There is a lively atmosphere where the bar & restaurant are We were apprehensive about staying in Harlem because of some reviews however it turned out more than fine. The people are authentic and the culture is clear which was the perfect choice for us. Of course I would exercise caution when returning to the hotel during late hours as I would say for any big city.

Cons: The room could have been bigger. We were in a double queen room and it was tight for 4 people but again I think typical for NYC.

Loved it

Pros: The location was excellent. The community of harlem had personality and the staff members especially downstairs doing security gave me old school jazz vibes wearing top hats and chains. Very friendly always making jokes and saying hello. The hotel had a really cool restaurant/ lounge too where they had live music on friday night.

Cons: My ONLY issue that stops the hotel getting a perfect score. The cleaners dont do a good job of dusting the rooms. Even after having my room serviced, there was lots of visible dust around the wardrobes and on the bedside tables. If it wasnt for this one issue the hotel is a 10/10 for me

Pros: The hotel is well located, very close to the subway and in a very active neighborhood. Staff is very friendly, room was comfortable, in overall it was a very good stay and we were all happy with it !

Pros: The hotel was clean. Everyday the cleaning lady came to clean. Was provided with care and comfort. Would definitely stay again.

Cons: The rooms does not have microwave or fridge.

Excellent accommodation and staff!

Pros: Very beautiful interior, the room was very comfortable with city view and super comfortable mattresses! The staff were so nice, and polite! The cleaning of our room was amazing, too!

Cons: The only downside may be for some, the area which is a bit sketchy. We didn’t mind, but had to be cautious especially late at night.
