Comfortable stay at a quiet, stylish hotel

Pros: The staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was comfortable and clean, the hotel had a nice vibe and decor, and the common spaces were peaceful and appealing. I enjoyed two good nights' sleep, and I also enjoyed working out in the fitness centre. I also appreciated that upon check in, the staff member was able to move me to a room with a bathtub.

Cons: The bath didn't plug properly (minor), and I found it a bit annoying that there was no food on site - no room service, nothing beyond a croissant or some trail mix. I think a hotel that positions itself as high end should have some food and drink options, ideally at any hour, but it's certainly a bit weird when I ask to buy something that is visible to me (a bottle of wine, some nuts), and I'm told I can't because it's run by a third party vendor.

Pros: It’s was very clean and the stuff was very friendly and helpful

Cons: Only issue is the space in the room the bed is to close they is no room to walk by. If not careful you can knock the tv off the wall especially if you’re not a small person.

Pros: Such a swanky hotel nestled in the heart of Harlem! Loved the vibe. I only stayed for one night and was so tired I went straight to bed, but the lounge looked amazing.

I had an amazing time and will visit again soon.

Pros: It’s very clean and smells so good and it’s very quiet

Cons: The lights turned off mid shower. I thought it was a power glitch but the tv stayed on

Pros: Very nice hotel. Love the room and colors, especially the comforter. The bed was super comfortable and the linen.

Cons: I would like to recommend that you place a bottle of water in each room for business travelers who have to take medication during the night. That was the only down side to my stay.

Pros: Excellent hotel with very friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Well placed for my work at Columbia. Great deal.

Cons: The only suggestion I had would be to include a weight machine or two in the gym. It is currently clean and well-organized, but has only dumbbells.
